Interesting Thought

I'm still plugging along, but I've expanded my blogging horizons into reading about exercise and weight loss, too. Here's an interesting post about the effects of dieting that I thought I'd pass along.

Fat and Diet

Huh. It makes me feel better about not wanting to diet.

  1. Yep, that's why I don't diet. I believe in eating healthy (for me this means no soda, no fast food except for the occasional cheat, as little processed prepackaged food as possible, no caffeine and I'm trying to cut back on sugar which is the hardest part for me), portion control (also very important), exercise, sleeping right and drinking lots of water. Works great. :D
