It doesn't hap...Don't get discouraged yet! It doesn't happen overnight. Also remember to not deprive yourself completely from the things you love or that will lead to binging. I did that when I stopped eating dairy (lactose intolerant) and after going cold turkey off of it I couldn't take it anymore and ate a bunch of dairy in one day (cheese, ice cream, sour cream, etc) and was siiiick. It's easiest to stick to a diet if you give yourself one cheat day where you can eat whatever you want, then you can be strict during the rest of the week and only eat the healthy stuff. :) Keep up the good work!Achieve1dreamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15401246064499148344noreply@blogger.com
